AsanBill Affiliate Program terms

Who can join

The AsanBill Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses that hold a valid AsanBill account and accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement. We review each application and may approve or decline it at our discretion.

• You need an active AsanBill account and valid contact and payout details.
• You must follow every law that applies to you, including tax, advertising, and data-protection rules.
• Current AsanBill employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.

How the program works

When you are approved, you receive a unique referral link that carries your personal referral code — for example, https://asanbill.com/?ref=yourcode. Share it with your audience however you like. When someone follows your link and becomes a paying AsanBill customer, the sale is credited to you and you earn a commission. There is no cap on how many customers you can refer.

Commission

You earn a commission on qualifying paid subscriptions from the customers you refer. A subscription becomes qualifying once the customer has paid and any free trial or refund window has passed. Free trials, cancelled orders, taxes, and amounts that are later refunded or charged back do not earn commission — and any commission already credited for them is reversed.

• The commission rate and structure that apply to you are shown when you join and in your affiliate account.
• Commissions are calculated on the net amount the customer actually pays, excluding taxes and transaction fees.

Cookie and attribution

When a visitor clicks your referral link, we store a tracking cookie in their browser so a later purchase can be attributed to you. If the visitor subscribes within the attribution window shown at sign-up, the sale is credited to your account. Attribution is last-click: if the visitor later clicks another affiliate’s link, that affiliate’s cookie replaces yours. Attribution also depends on the visitor keeping cookies enabled and completing the purchase in the same browser.

Payouts

• Commissions are held as pending until the related sale is confirmed and any refund window has passed; confirmed commissions then become payable.
• Payouts are issued once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, on the regular payout cycle published in your affiliate account.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes due on what you earn.
• We may withhold or delay a payout while we investigate suspected fraud, a policy breach, or a disputed transaction.

Prohibited practices

To keep the program fair and protect the AsanBill brand, the following are not allowed and may lead to reversed commissions or removal from the program:

• Spam, or any unsolicited email, message, or post that promotes your link.
• Bidding on AsanBill trademarks or brand terms in paid search, or ads that impersonate AsanBill.
• Self-referrals, or creating accounts to claim commission on your own purchases.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any method that sets your cookie without a genuine click.
• Misleading claims about AsanBill’s pricing or features, or unauthorised use of our name and logo.
• Offering discounts, cashback, or coupons in AsanBill’s name without our written approval.
• Promotion on sites that contain illegal, hateful, or adult content.
• Failing to disclose your affiliate relationship where the law or a platform’s rules require it.

Termination

Either you or AsanBill may end this arrangement at any time and for any reason, by giving notice or by closing the affiliate account. You can stop promoting AsanBill whenever you wish. When the arrangement ends, your right to use your referral links and our brand assets ends immediately.

• Confirmed, eligible commissions earned before termination remain payable under the usual payout terms.
• We may cancel unpaid commissions and reclaim paid ones that arose from a breach of these terms or from fraud.

Changes and questions

AsanBill may update these terms or the commission structure at any time. We publish the current version on this page, and staying in the program means you accept the changes. If you have any questions about the Affiliate Program, please contact our team.
