Refund Policy

We want you to choose AsanBill with confidence. That's why every paid plan starts with a free trial before any payment β€” and why this policy sets out, in plain terms, how trials, billing, cancellations, and refunds work for your AsanBill subscription.

Try before you pay

Every paid plan begins with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required to start. You are only billed when the trial ends and you choose to continue. If AsanBill is not the right fit, cancel any time before the trial ends and you will never be charged.

14-day money-back guarantee

Even after your trial converts to a paid subscription, we do not want you stuck with a plan that does not work for you. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will return it to your original payment method.

How billing and renewals work

When your trial ends, you are billed for the term you chose β€” monthly or yearly β€” in your market currency (USD shown as €, AFN, or TRY). Yearly plans are billed once per year at ten times the monthly price, which works out to two months free. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that. You keep access to your data throughout the remainder of the period.

Pro-rated and partial refunds

Because the free trial lets you evaluate AsanBill fully before paying, we generally do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period once the 14-day money-back window has passed. Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current term. If you upgrade mid-term, the change takes effect immediately β€” reach out and we will help sort out the difference.

When you are eligible for a refund

You may be eligible for a refund when:

  • You request one within 14 days of your first payment on a new subscription.
  • You were billed after cancelling, or during your free trial.
  • You were charged twice for the same subscription, or charged in error.
  • A billing amount does not match the plan and currency you selected.

How to request a refund

Requesting a refund takes three simple steps:

    Reach out through our contact page and let us know you would like a refund. There is no need to explain in detail β€” a short note is enough.

    Share your account details

    Send the email address on your account, the invoice or payment reference, and a quick description of the issue so we can locate your subscription.

  3. 3

    We review and process it

    We review your request and, if it is eligible, process the refund to your original payment method and confirm by email.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

How long refunds take

Once a refund is approved, it is issued straight away on our side. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take around 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.

What is not covered

Some situations fall outside this policy. Refunds generally do not apply to:

  • The free-trial period itself β€” nothing is charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund.
  • Renewals of a subscription you kept using and did not cancel before the renewal date, once the 14-day window has passed.
  • Requests based on features that were never described as part of your plan.
  • Purchases made through unofficial resellers rather than AsanBill directly.

AsanBill Solutions projects

This policy covers AsanBill platform subscriptions. Custom software and mobile-app projects delivered by AsanBill Solutions are governed by the separate agreement signed for that project, including its own terms for milestones, payments, and refunds.
