What AsanBill is
AsanBill is a software-development company and SaaS provider. Beyond the SaaS platform, we also build enterprise software, mobile apps, ERP, CRM, government systems, AI solutions and bespoke software.
Your account
To use the platform you must:
- Provide accurate information.
- Keep your account secure.
- Not share your login details with others.
You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use AsanBill’s services only for lawful activity. The services may not be used for:

- Tax evasion

Subscriptions

Free trial
All paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin.
Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. An annual subscription is equivalent to paying for 10 months and includes 2 months of free use.
Custom software development
Custom projects are carried out under a separate contract. Each project contract specifies:
- Project scope
- Timeline
- Cost
- Payment terms
- Ownership
- Support
If there is any conflict between these Terms and a project contract, the project contract prevails.
Intellectual property
All rights in the software, design, logo, brand, website and documentation belong to AsanBill unless a separate contract states otherwise.
Your data
All the information you enter into AsanBill belongs to you. We process your data only to provide the services, store your information, generate documents, create backups and improve system performance.
Security
We use industry-standard methods to protect information, including:
- Encryption of communications
- Access control
- Event logging
- Backups
- Separation of each company’s data
Third-party services
Some features may rely on services from other companies, such as:
- Payment services

- Cloud providers
- FX rates
- AI services
Use of these services may be subject to those companies’ own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsanBill is not liable for indirect damages or for loss of profit, data or business opportunities.
Ending the relationship
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these Terms, misuse of the services or legal requirements.

These Terms may be updated in the future. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the website or by email.
